Use of the service
WP Smart Bot provides an AI assistant and live chat for WordPress and WooCommerce sites.
Customer data
Chats, leads and visitors are stored in the dashboard. Each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's data.
Limits
Plans set AI message limits per day and per month, knowledge pages, documents, storage and team members. When an AI message limit is reached, chats go to the team.
Prices and the Free plan
Plan prices are listed on the pricing page. A new website can use one Free plan account with no time limit; no card is needed. Paid plans are bought for a month or a year and do not renew on their own.
When a paid plan ends
The account moves to the Free plan. The chat keeps working on your website with the Free features and limits, and your chats, leads and settings are kept. Renew any time on the Billing page to get your plan's features back right away.
Currency and payment
In Pakistan, prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and you pay in rupees. Everywhere else you pay in US dollars (USD). A price shown in your own currency is a guide at that day's exchange rate; your bank may add its own conversion fee. Payments are made in our secure shop at saleleads.net.
Cancellation
Plans do not renew on their own, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not renew, the plan ends on its end date and the account moves to the Free plan. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and its data.
Refunds
If WP Smart Bot does not work for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund it in full to the way you paid. Renewals and payments older than 7 days are not refunded, but the plan stays active until its end date. After a refund the account goes back to the plan it had before the payment. To ask for a refund, write to us (below) with your account email.
